Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan, Lowell Police Superintendent Greg Hudon and Massachusetts State Police Colonel Geoffrey Noble have confirmed that the body of 4-year-old Azriel Lopez of Lawrence was recovered from the Merrimack River today in Tewksbury.
