Safe Place Application

The Lowell Police Department Safe Place Initiative is a free program open to businesses in the City of Lowell. Business owners who register for the program will receive one Safe Place decal. The decal must be placed at the front entrance of the establishment and the placement location should be readily visible to the public from the sidewalk. Please note this program is not for individual or residential use.
