Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ+) Liaison
Lt. Dawn Beauchesne is the LGBTQ+ Liaison for the Lowell Police Department. The LGBTQ+ Liaison will act as the point of contact between the department and LGBTQ+ community, assist with police services, and provide resources to the community.
