Lowell Police Department and Community Partners Collect Gifts for 9th Annual Holiday Toy Drive
LOWELL — Police Superintendent Greg Hudon is pleased to report that the Lowell Police Department and generous community partners gathered hundreds of toys and gifts for children as part of the Department’s 9th annual Holiday Toy Drive.
