On Friday, Sept. 22, shortly after 12 p.m., Lowell police officers responded to the area of 200 Market Street for reports of gunshots with a victim shot. Patrol officers quickly arrived on scene and broadcast a description of a possible suspect. Almost immediately, a male matching the description was observed running away from the area.
